ZeniMac Series Circular loom

Features:

A. Oil free driving system:

ZeniMac series adopt the advanced wheel driving system which cast off the old-fashioned cam mechanism and shuttles lubricated by oil for maintaining its smooth running. Don!|t worry insufficient lubrication result in damaging the cam mechanism or the shuttle Teflon bottom. No more lubrication oil contaminates the machine and yarns to avoid the afterwards laminating or printing defects.

B. The unique designed cam drives the rolling wheels which are jointed with the up-downwards moving belts to bring the warp opening in accurate location. Abandoning the heavy moving connecting rods, the light belts ecercise results in running smoothly and quietly at high speed. The running belts which instead of the shedding rods allow the machine in iperation under low vibration and low resistance and apparently low down the noise and speed up the productivity.

C. Down the expense of spared parts and cost:

Save the tremendous expenses on lubrication oil for can mechanism and the shuttle moving. The oil free advantage reduces the wearing and breaks of spare parts. The rolling wheels are processed by the advanced technology and adopt the special endurable material to increase the overall capacity to provide high efficient performance and make more profits.

D. PLC control system:

It is available to install PLC control system and touch screen YJ series circular looms. PLC sevo control provides efficient solution of weaving sacks by adjusting the weft density from 7 to 16 wefts per inch, from 1 cm to 360 cm at intervals withour changing the gears and stopping the machine.
